Having been a nurse for 44 years, I had hoped the doctor would have taken an adequate medical history from me, but it seemed he only had a minute or two allotted for my visit type. My chief complaint was urinary frequency, urgency and hesitancy, and no pain, however, I had been on Augmentin for 3 days with little relief and new onset nausea and diarrhea, which he did not address. His advice was to continue the med until the culture returned, but the UA was negative, making the culture an unnecessary expense and furthering my discomfort. I discontinued the Augmentin after diarrhea and several doses of Imodium. Please evaluate your patients after listening to ALL their complaints. Thank you.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

I didn't schedule an appointment. I went to the urgent care I usually go to and they were closed already. I came here and very surprised. They were busy but got me in, exam, consultation, and even got a prescription in to the pharmacy before it closed. Everyone was so nice, caring, listened to my concerns. I found my new go to for care when I can't get to my primary physician. Thank you!! I will definitely recommend your facility!

Daughter woke up with a rash, couldn’t get into her primary . Booked an appointment early in the morning and got in at 9:30 with Marcy. She’s always great!!!

Woke up this morning with a sore throat and was able to get seen quickly and meds prescribed.

The best urgent care here in Ann Arbor! The office staff was amazing!

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting.  Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

I truly appreciate Dr Ali, he’s a good person who cares with a very good bedside manner.  I like the nurse as well.  The care provided was very good.  The one issue I have an it’s important for the care team to consider.  The check in process online is fine, I prefer it but they need to do something about the stand in the lobby.  I woke up today with pinkeye from my visit as the person before me and after both had pinkeye.  Unless they have the ability to clean the machine then parents will continue to pass those things to each other.  I had to do Teledoc today to get pink eye drops.  You never want to be treated for one thing and pick up something else.  The cleaning process for the check in needs a major thought Process around it.

Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

Highly recommend this place. Everyone is so nice and caring. I always know I’ll get the help I need when I go in.

They are a rare medical facility! Easy to schedule, short wait, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable staff. We had a question the day after visiting and got a call back from our health provider almost immediately. We are so thankful to have them locally!

Extremely positive experience with the staff. I was seen promptly, and the care from both providers was kind and informative. That the check-in process and paperwork were digital made things efficient. I was given instructions on how to care for my injury, and in and out quickly. Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the Ann Arbor area.

On a trip and am from out of state. Driving by and it ended up to be an awesome choice . From the minute I stepped in, Betty got my check in started and I was quickly back for preliminary care with Kaurina. Then Jaime assessed me, got me a prescription and had me on my way! Each of these ladies were very professional and personable! I would definitely return !!!
