I must say that in a time of chaos (COVID) the staff was so friendly, patient and professional. The wait time is very minimal for walk-ins and almost non-existent if you have an appointment. My appointment was at 10:00 am for my two son’s and by 11:20am we were home with results. The cleanliness of the office was superb. I highly recommend this place 5 stars!

Bravo to the Bloomfield office! The staff at this facility was spot for friendliness. Dr. Procaccini spent time to diagnosis my situation-He made me feel that I was his only patient. What a comfortable and confident feeling for a patient. A feeling all offices should exude. It is not only the physical that needs nurturing, but the mind and spirit-when one is ill. I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars
