Easy and a lot of time available. Nurse and nurse practitioner bed side wasn’t good this time. Never really had a bad experience until today. Just acted like they wanted out as fast as possible. Other practitioners I have seen were great just not today.

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. Went to urgent care as a return patient.   Ms. Baxter listens to me and an adult who knows her body.   Does not talk over and explains quickly and distinctly in a manner one can understand.   I will continue as the ease of scheduling, precise care, and caring persona of the staff.

My son was exposed to someone who tested positive for COVID-19. I was able to book our appointment online, complete all the necessary paperwork digitally and when we arrived we waited for less than 2 minutes before we were called back. We chose to have him tested using the rapid test and we were able to wait in the room for his results. I appreciate their efficiency in our time of need.
