Everything from the scheduling to the nice, caring staff, the true cleanliness of the facility, listening to my needs was top notch. I never want to go anywhere else after this visit! . I was offered water and monitored to make sure the shot I was given didn’t have any negative side effects. It’s one day later and I am already a little better. I have been going to Med Express for urgent care for four years. I have had wonderful experiences every time. The staff are always so helpful, so empathetic and careful. I have had pneumonia, Lyme disease, terrible bronchitis, and a couple of falls with symptoms requiring X-rays. Sometimes there is a wait -- because so many people have come in -- but the care is never rushed. I cannot speak highly enough about the care I receive.
