in the past i swore i would never come back to this urgent care because of the front office staff. but now, this urgent care has a great set of staff in it’s entirety. they were so amazing. they all worked together like a well oiled machine. the communication was stellar and the follow through was on point. the nurses will always be top tier here! *chefs kiss*

I always have a great experience here. I scheduled an appointment this time instead of coming in as a walk-in. I was in and out pretty quickly

Staff made me feel very dismissed with my concerns and how I was feeling and wrote off the weeks of illness I have been doing with. Bed side manner  needs a little work.

I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! Was not pleased with the small prescription dosage that doctor gave me still have pain. I will not return to this facility again

Everything was good. When you have to add your signature I did not know it was my code number. A little confusion.

If I could give the bedside manner a 10 I would!

Felt terrible in the morning but went to work anyway, found this clinic about 5 minutes away. Was able to book an appointment right away same day. Facility is new, clean, staff nice. Got in and out in about 30 minutes with a script waiting for me later that day. Would highly recommend this clinic.

I thought I just had a sprain but evidently I fractured my foot. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took an X-ray and explained the results, then gave me a boot. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the experience.

Was experiencing a sore scratchy throat and some nausea. I walked in and was seen by Ashley.. She made my visit a very good experience. Check in is so convenient. The staff were great too.
