Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Very quick process and very friendly.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

Did not feel like I had healed well enough. Waiting to be tested to see if still had a  flu like infection. . Staff was very helpful and very caring. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My appointment was easy to schedule and the office and entryway were very clean. The front desk attendant could have been somewhat friendlier but she was fine.  My intake nurse was so wonderful. She did my vitals and was so kind. My condition was stressed induced and I ended up tearing up. She listened, showed empathy and was very professional. I cannot say  enough great things about her. I wished she was my provider.  I am not sure if my provider was an APN or PA as she did not introduce herself with a title. She was nice but I felt so rushed. Maybe she was with me for 5 mins or less.  It was  if she wanted to check a box. I tried to ask questions but it was though she was backing out the door. I understand the ease of urgent care and that clinician see so many patients a day but there is improvement needed in bedside manner and enabling patients to feel seen and heard.  But again, my in take nurse was amazing - promote her !!!

Woke up with itchy swollen watery eyes. Booked an appointment with same day availability. The receptionist nurse and doctor were all so friendly and attentive. I was in and out, problem resolved within a matter of minutes! Will definitely be my go to!

I had a fever the past few days and decided to go to urgent care. I was seen quickly and prescribed medications. Friendy staff.

Pre check in is convenient and easy. Wat time was reasonable. Staff was professional and friendly.

Excellent experience at Atlantic Health Urgent Care in Hamilton. The check-in process was quick, simple, and efficient. The front office staff were pleasant, kind, and professional. The nurse who took my vitals was friendly, compassionate, and intuitive. The physician assistant was attentive, knowledgeable, and quickly guided me toward the right next steps with confidence. I felt genuinely well cared for from start to finish, and the entire visit was smooth, fast, and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.

The entire staff on Saturday evening was kind, caring and professional. The PA was patient and knowledgable. Thank you. I have recommended this office to friends. My eye feels great. Thank you!
