Went to urgent care as a return patient.   Ms. Baxter listens to me and an adult who knows her body.   Does not talk over and explains quickly and distinctly in a manner one can understand.   I will continue as the ease of scheduling, precise care, and caring persona of the staff.

Most of the staff was at lunch when I was there so the lady who handles the front office also did my test. She was fabulous from the start by keeping me informed about the timeline and conducting the test. The Dr/PA was ok.
