This was my first visit and I was very satisfied that there wasn’t any ahead of me… I filled out the needed paperwork and that took minimal time… The young lady in the front lobby was very polite and courteous…She assisted me by giving me the necessary information that I needed to complete the check in process… A few minutes went by and she escorted me to get my vitals and weight and before I knew it I was seen by the Dr. The young lady again administered to me 2 shots and took x-rays and before I knew it I was done and ready to go…The Dr. was also very gracious and knowledgeable… The young lady who took care of me I believe was Johanna…

I thought I just had a sprain but evidently I fractured my foot. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They took an X-ray and explained the results, then gave me a boot. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was very pleased with the experience.

The overall visit went well other than the initial paper works which they could do in between the visit or after the visit. Was having bad headache on one side and was worried could be a stroke. The paper works made me feel could have done later

Was experiencing a sore scratchy throat and some nausea. I walked in and was seen by Ashley.. She made my visit a very good experience. Check in is so convenient. The staff were great too.

Office was dirty. Nurse was not friendly and continually coughing. Not happy that the doctor was not able to fix my ingrown toenail but just gave me an antibiotic. I did not need to pay $200 just for an antibiotic basically. I have had ingrown toenails fixed at urgent cares many times before.

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

I did not have an appointment and was greeted quickly. PA Janice was so helpful and kind. She asked the right questions  and identified what was wrong. She prescribed medication and I am feeling better.

Great staff. Very helpful and understanding! I would recommend if needing quick medical attention!

Made appointment at 8 am for 9 am got there at 850 was seen before 9 . Staff were great , very professional , they listen to you  and gave me exactly what I needed. Highly recommend !

I love this place it is my go too place other then my main doctor

I woke up in the night with a terrible sinus infection and was able to schedule a visit first thing in the morning.  The check-in process couldn’t have been easier and the staff was both helpful and nice.  Very very thankful!!

Great experience as I expected. I was raked back before my scheduled appointment time and was out 20 minutes later.

The staff is always so nice and friendly. I usually wait to go till I feel like absolute crap. They always take care of me.
