Brittany was the best!! She was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, I had somewhat of a sensitive issue and she didn’t make me feel weird or bad at all! If I got the name wrong she’s the nurse who talked to me about finding a sea urchin on the beach, she is black, wore ponytail, long sleeve scrubs, probably the friendliest healthcare provider I’ve ever had!

I didn't schedule an appointment. I went to the urgent care I usually go to and they were closed already. I came here and very surprised. They were busy but got me in, exam, consultation, and even got a prescription in to the pharmacy before it closed. Everyone was so nice, caring, listened to my concerns. I found my new go to for care when I can't get to my primary physician. Thank you!! I will definitely recommend your facility!

Both the front and back staff were friendly, and helpful. Both the waiting room and patient’s rooms were clean and inviting. Dr. Shuker has an excellent bedside manner, he’s very knowledgeable and conducted a thorough exam. I wasn’t rushed during my appointment, treatment was discussed with me, and my questions were answered. I recommend Beacon Skin and Surgeries to all.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.

I truly appreciate Dr Ali, he’s a good person who cares with a very good bedside manner. I like the nurse as well. The care provided was very good. The one issue I have an it’s important for the care team to consider. The check in process online is fine, I prefer it but they need to do something about the stand in the lobby. I woke up today with pinkeye from my visit as the person before me and after both had pinkeye. Unless they have the ability to clean the machine then parents will continue to pass those things to each other. I had to do Teledoc today to get pink eye drops. You never want to be treated for one thing and pick up something else. The cleaning process for the check in needs a major thought Process around it.

Set up a last minute appt have covid testing since I wasn't feeling well. The staff came out quickly and administered the test quickly. Waited 15 minutes with a negative result. Now just waiting on my email with further results from the lab. Definitely would recommend.
