My appt was 12 noon... I was a walk in. But I did get in a room within 10 min and the staff is perfect, front desk all the way to P.A Very kind and curteous Did not offer pain medication.. Will not and offers Sudafed instead.

First time client and would not recommend. Front Desk personnel were uncaring to the point of being rude. Came in for a different problem but while waiting had an A-fib attack to the point of passing out. Once front desk person returned to her desk, explained that I was having an attack and she just looked at me nonchalantly, rolled her eyes and said she would go get someone. Once I was back to triage, my experience changed. The personnel and doctor were very friendly, professional and addressed my issues promptly. Being a medical professional on vacation it was disheartening that the first person I came in contact with at the clinic was so rude and blatantly disrespectful towards the needs of a patient

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
