Was able to schedule online and get in same day but the wait was not satisfactory due to having only one provider there. Everything else was great and staff that attended to my needs was exceptional. The provider was excellent and knowledgeable, but her being only one there was the pits for everyone.

I’ve had a number of great experiences at Mercy Urgent Care. I always go first thing in the morning and have never waited more than 10 minutes. I can’t recall the names of the people who helped me today, but they were all well spoken, explained things well, and very friendly and personable. The waiting room is pleasant looking and every inch of the building is clean and fresh smelling. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend them.

Boones Creek Urgent Care - 4100 N Roan St, Johnson City

We often use this facility for urgent care. It's typically not as busy as many of the others, and is convenient to where we live. The staff is cordial, and the waiting area is clean and comfortable. Medical staff is attentive, and take the time to address all your concerns, and answer questions. This time I had to wait in a patient room longer than usual (probably at least 30-40 minutes), so that accounts for my 3***'s. But, like I said, that's not typical! Overall, I would definitely recommend you check this place out when you need urgent care.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
