I’ve had a number of great experiences at Mercy Urgent Care. I always go first thing in the morning and have never waited more than 10 minutes. I can’t recall the names of the people who helped me today, but they were all well spoken, explained things well, and very friendly and personable. The waiting room is pleasant looking and every inch of the building is clean and fresh smelling. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend them.

Mercy Urgent Care is the best! Check in, wait time, knowledge and caring attitude of the staff has always been and continues to be great. The EMT and FNP provided the care I needed quickly. I was in and out in under an hour. They put my mind at ease which was wonderful. I had another great experience at Mercy Urgent Care. A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
