Had trouble scheduling online. Came in as a walk in. Signed in and the online form told us we were next. 3 people walked in behind us two were walk in status also. All 3 were called back before us. I inquired at the front desk what the problem was and the lady got defensive and told us she needed parental consent and the other patients had their paperwork in order. First of she should have let me know that she needed parental consent instead of letting us sit there with a sick child. Secondly we are at a sad place in healthcare when paperwork takes priority to patient care. The staff in the back was amazing but this visit left a bad impression of Little Spurs policies.

I booked an appointment early in the morning online and showed up to our apt time. Somehow I drove to the location but the staff were so friendly and worked us in. We only had to wait 30 before they called us back. The staff were all so friendly and the provider we saw was so nice and she took time to explain everything to us. I would definitely go back there if we can’t get into our PCP.

I went in Saturday for a morning appointment, later in the afternoon my son developed a fever a new symptom that he didn’t have that morning. I called the office to see if they could ask the provider to ask if now if he needs a prescription for some medicine since this could possibly change his diagnoses. I never received a call back Saturday. I called Sunday again and I was told the same thing someone would call me back. I never received a phone call back after numerous staff said someone would. I find this concerning when it comes to the care of children the lack of urgency and communication the staff exhibited.
