Greeted immwdiatly when I walked thru the door and proceeded to the exam room within five minutes. The staff introduced themselves to me as soon as we met walking in the door. Katie, the physicians assistant, awesome PA!! Very knowledgeable, had great “ bedside manner.” Ask more questions about my medical history and then dealled into what she felt we needed to get into today. Truly felt comfortable with everything that happened from the time I walked through the door to the time I walked out the door. Highly highly recommend this office and staff. It was my first time at Carbon Health, I found the facility clean & bright. The staff was courteous and professional.

Wait time was unexpectedly long!  I was there for one hour and 15 mins for an EKG the order was sent the day before so that was not the problem. Was called 15 mins after my scheduled appt and there was only one other person in the waiting room when I was called. Also when I arrived there was one person ahead of me.  Provider was very good and staff friendly. The assistant who who performed the EKG was great knowledge about the procedure. After the procedure I had a wait again another 15 mins.

After receiving my results, I called Quest Lab Testing and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Labcorp for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.
