A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. The entire experience was excellent and the kind of service that I am accustomed to receiving from summit health! I was able to make an appointment and reschedule! A young man checked us in and the young lady also working were both kind, friendly and patient. Leslie the nurse had a great disposition and made my son feel very comfortable. She had a great disposition and knowledgeable. Carly Zingon NP was very thorough and really took the tilme to gather information and understand my sons symptoms. And because the radiology dept. was closed she sent up to New Rochelle and made sure they were expecting us! The staff there were efficient and excellent as well, including the radiology dept.  Before we arrived home Carly called us snd took the time to provide the results, guidance, support and advice!
