Several days cough got terribly worse. Went in early and got in pretty quick. Staff was professional and helpful. Nurse asked good questions and prescribed appropriate medications. Glad I went in. Am getting better. I go there when I need attention now.  5 stars.

The only one issue that I had in the clinic with the constant smell of your perfume and flowery stuff that emits through the whole clinic As a registered nurse I found both the clinic the individuals the doctor the assistant and the front desk very professional and very comforting

Recently I visited CityDoc with the worst case of food poisoning I have ever had. From the start the staff was patient, helpful and quick to get me through reception. When I arrived I admit I wasn’t the easiest patient as all I wanted was someone to help ease my symptoms and help me feel better. We woke up and my Great Nephew was running a fever and feeling bad with a horrible cough. I went to lil Spurs in grand Prairie, tx. Everything from he checking process to the visit was great!! The Nurses are super sweet & Their Front Desk worker has the best pleasant smile ever!! It was our first time their but I will be back if we had too and would tell others to go!!

have been dealing with reoccurring itchiness for 5 months. went in for steroid shot, they wouldn’t listen to me whatsoever and put me on anxiety med. it made things much worse and also worsened my mental health. wouldn’t recommend.

While visiting from out of town my 5 year old started running a high fever and had a sore throat. Urgent care for kids in McKinney was amazing! They were so patient and kind, we were seen quickly. It was honestly one of the best experiences I've ever had taking any of my children to the doctor.

Easy check in process and minimal wait time. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained her thought process well.

Was told it was viral, did not swab him. Took him to his pcp today and it was strep! His tonsils are huge with some white patches on them.

Everything was fantastic from check in to check out

Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!
