The booking was easy. I love this particular location. Doctor and nurse were very good and helpful. The only downside- unfriendly person on a front desk.

All staff were friendly and professional. There was little wait time, was seen at appointment time. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. I accidentally cut my hand while preparing dinner and couldn't control the bleeding. Knowing Fast Track was close by and open late, I went over immediately without an appointment. I was greeted immediately upon entry and guided through the check in process. The doctor and nurse were very professional and friendly, providing the information I needed on next steps and what symptoms I should watch for. I'm very glad Fast Track is in Kensington and able to treat acute injuries with kindness and care.

My medical practitioner, Jackie, is simply the best - high-energy, caring, communicative and ultra-competent. I couldn’t ask for better treatment for what turned out to be a painful fractured rib.

The staff here are all amazing! Just moved to the area and have an extra large family they have been a lifesaver considering our pediatric doctor is an hour away! They are efficient and CARE! All of the nurse practitioners talk and get to root issues with no hassle! Even my autistic daughter had a great appointment! The young ladiy at the front is fast and personable. Thank you guys!

Too long wait time. I don’t recommend this place if you need urgent care.

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

From the beginning to end was so pleasant the greetings I felt at ease. The Doctor was very nice made sure I understood everything she made feel she cared you don’t get that much these days.  Thank you
