Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

It was a great appointment and I feel like we covered a lot.  Staff and Sarah Phillips were all friendly and very helpful.

They all were wonderful. I had an emergency and had to leave quickly and they really processed me through and took care of me. I appreciate it.

I slipped on the stairs in my apartment building and within a few hours, my ankle looked like a giant deformed water balloon. Made an appointment at the Indigo clinic by Wright Park. The staff was helpful and efficient. They took an xray right there.,  gave me a brace and I was on my way! It was efficient and easy peasy. I highly recommend this facility

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
