Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

I slipped on the stairs in my apartment building and within a few hours, my ankle looked like a giant deformed water balloon. Made an appointment at the Indigo clinic by Wright Park. The staff was helpful and efficient. They took an xray right there.,  gave me a brace and I was on my way! It was efficient and easy peasy. I highly recommend this facility

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

The staff was very welcoming and kind, and they offered snacks and refreshments. The doctor himself was very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and comprehensive. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

I have good experiences with this clinic but for a clinic to forget about me for over an hour is kinda ridiculous. They lost my paperwork too. They did apologize but totally unprofessional.

Wound cleansed & In and out in an hour with 5 sutures

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.
