One of the better experiences I have had at urgent care. My wait was about an hour to get into triage. I was swabbed for three tests that I was told would take 10 minutes. Although it did take another 45-60 minutes for the doctor to deliver the results, I overheard that the staff was overworked, overbooked, and exhausted. They apparently had a very large influx of patients, and as a commercial service worker I understand. Everyone was friendly and thorough, and I believe they did the best they could. They are only human, and they are very nice humans indeed. I had Dr. Bradley Collins. I didn’t catch the receptionist’s name, but she was straightforward and helpful.

I never had felt this type of pain before the doctor that I had today was very helpful, understanding he listened to what my problems was and was able to try to help me as best as possible. The health care staff was exceptionally condsiderate and thorough. I felt pretty rough but I felt I was in good hands. I recommend this facility often. I believe that the diagnosis and prescribed treatment was accurate and appropriate. I am on the way to recovery.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap.
