I woke up this morning,and I wasn’t feeling well. My injuries from slip and fall at a hospital. I called 911 and the came in noticed my injuries and took blood pressure which was higher than normal and checked my BSL which was 109. He called a number and I was transported to GW urgent care. I was treated well actually better than ET. The nurses and doctors were amazing. Thank you for your customer service skills and team work.

I was referred by my son’s teacher to go to this peds urgent care when he was sick and wasn’t able to see his own peds doc on the same day. The urgent care took my son in as a walk in. The urgent care peds doc really listened and cared for my son. We didn’t wait very long either! If I could give it 10 stars, I would! There was no waiting time at all...in the time it took the receptionist to help me register, the technician was waiting for me. I just had my first Urgent Care experience ever with Dr. Rasha Saleem at this facility. I am not a fan of the video chat method when employed for doctor visits, but we are all doing what we need to do amid COVID-19. I give high praise to Dr. Saleem. She listened to my concerns, addressed them and gave advice regarding alternate methods of relief. She was patient and kind and wished me well and continued good health once my current issues are resolved. I would not hesitate to return to her or to recommend her to anyone in need of urgent care.
