The care given was beyond exceptional. From the check in clerk to the intake nurse and then the NP, all were super caring and professional. Totally worth the wait. I woke up this morning,and I wasn’t feeling well. My injuries from slip and fall at a hospital. I called 911 and the came in noticed my injuries and took blood pressure which was higher than normal and checked my BSL which was 109. He called a number and I was transported to GW urgent care. I was treated well actually better than ET. The nurses and doctors were amazing. Thank you for your customer service skills and team work.

The reasons I didn’t give 5 stars is because there’s no place in the bathroom or waiting room to set down a young baby or toddler & it’s a pediatric urgent care. I also had to fill out 12 steps of paperwork on my phone with a squirming, sick 9 month old. If I could have just checked in with the front desk employee or set my child somewhere that wouldn’t have been as difficult especially since I didn’t have a family member to help with my baby.

Best experience Ive had in a medical facility.. better than even going the the hospital for non-emergency care. Excellent wait time, you get to see a real Medical Doctor and they treat you like you were at a hospital.. taking blood pressure and etc. Awesome! The price is very reasonable too and especially for someone like me having to pay out of pocket since my insurance doesn't kick in until next month. Overall definitely would refer family and friends there first and foremost!!!
