I went here for a workers comp claim. Dr. Karre had an excellent bedside manner. The staff were all very friendly except for the guy that came in after Erin Wallen left. He was rude but overall this place was wonderful. Oh and the front desk girl flirted with all the guys. 🤣🤣 while the women patients waited until she was finished batting her eyelashes.

I’ve always enjoyed the Hampton TAUC, great staff all around. But my 3/10/22 visit was above all else. I explained my fear of a DVT and was brought back right away, Dr. Cornish was incredibly helpful and immediately referred me to the ER which in all likelihood saved my life. The ER found an acute DVT in my leg and a small pulmonary embolism in one of my lungs. Dr. Cornish recognizing the severity of my leg pain and wasting no time sending me to the hospital prevented any further clots from traveling to my lungs. I can’t thank him enough!

I've been to other medical facilities in the past, and I'm always impressed by Total Access. Great staff, clean facilities, and friend providers.

This facility is amazing! The online check-in is wonderful. I have never been to a facility where the staff has gone so above & beyond to assist me, not to mention the fact that every one of the staff members are so friendly, helpful and just downright pleasant. People are generally nervous when going to the doctor/Urgent Care, your staff make you comforyable!!! Definately 5+ stars from me. Hats off to all the amazing staff at TAUC ❤❤❤

Walked in after hearing a "pop" and experiencing extreme pain in my right knee. Sarah checked me in and within an hour I had been interviewed, examined, had an ex ray, was diagnosed, and released with recommendations for additional treatment. The customer service and compassion from every staff member was very impressive. I am very happy to have such a tremendous facility within 30 minutes, because "stuff happens" at the farm. I highly recommend them.

Visited right before the holidays, and was very impressed! Clean, efficient, friendly and helpful staff and medical professionals. Cannot say enough good things!

I’m Aurelia Deckard I’ve been here 2x the service I got from all the nurses and Dr.are excellent from the front desk ( Maitlin) Michelle ( back desk ,blanket) I’ve seen by Andrew Wahle also the nurse or tech who did my CT SCAN ( although she don’t say much but it’s alright too.everybody’s have a beautiful smile and friendly ..I RECOMMEND TOTAL ACCESS URGENT CARE .

In a recent emergency, my wife needed medical help quickly. I usually trust hospitals above urgent care centers but I was proven wrong when we opted for the closer Total Access in Wentzville. We walked in and she was immediately led to a private room and testing began right away. Tests performed were far more comprehensive than I would've ever guessed. The staff was super friendly and highly professional and calmed us down quickly. Top notch staff and state of the art equipment.
