Nice and capable staff for Covid 19 test. Very busy, so a bit of a wait for callbacks and when at site, and needed to call at site to get staff to come to car. Signed up for antibody test beforehand but not available when I got there. I am glad because the test is up to $200, depending on how much insurance covers. Call insurance first for sure.

Needed urgent care for an illness that was beginning to affect my breathing. It was very busy and there were only 4 staff members on site. No doubt why the waits were long. In spite of the staff shortage, I never felt they were rushing my care. Explained well everything they were doing. Turned out I had bacterial pneumonia. The doctor put together a treatment plan that I could tolerate. I know they have kept me out of the ER with their care. Thank you.

Needed a rapid PCR test for travel because I didn't get my original results back in time for the lab. Was able to book an appointment on their website for the same day and got my results an hour after my visit. I highly recommend ARCpoint Labs Woburn

I couldn’t ask for better Care or service. Certainly, a lot better then the awful walk in clinic on the other side of Bedford st !!!!
