Excellent staff, quick service, very professional. I was surprised I had a $50.00 co-pay, but paid it no problem. My co-worker with the same insurance paid NOTHING a few days later! That is the second time, I got charged and a co-worker did not at the same place, all of us having the same insurance. Crazy, go figure?!

I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars

I was a walk in recently for neck pain. Was checked in, taken to exam room and seen by Dr./Nurse Prac and discharged all within 30 mins. No hassles and VG service.

Dr. Tom was the best she sent me back to ER Cooper to have CT Scan and called them up to expedite my case. I have never had a doctor do that before so she is the BEST! The staff was amazing and RN, Selina, was super nice. Very friendly atmosphere.
