I was referred over to this location by a friend and I'm so happy I went. My regular office was jam packed and couldn't fit me in. I was happy to walk in and see empty chairs and fill out all the paperwork with ease. Staff was awesome ! Doctor great!

The staff was courteous and professional. Wait times were fast, physical went very well and was painless in every way. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

I have been to this west end urgent care I would say probably at least 10 times if not more!!!!they are the best!!from the moment you walk in they greet you with a smile and make the registration very easy just make sure you bring insurance cards.next which has never been a long wait for me you see p/stakes your complaint and history.then a few minutes later a Doctor comes in reviews info examines and every doctor I have had has spoken to me in terms I understood not some medical jargon!!!feel free to ask any questions all the doctors there p/a s and receptionists are the best.they even give u a printout of your diagnosis and tfeatment!!!SPECIAL THANKS TO THE HIGHLY Experienced Doctors!!WEST END CITY M.D.CIT

Place is clean, little wait time, Dr. And staff compassionate and friendly. Faster than me going to my family physician.
