I've been to this urgent care twice in the past few years. The customer service and bedside manner is exactly the same both times and how it should be for all healthcare settings. Vybe Urgent Care really seems to care about the people in our community and are making a difference in their patients' lives. What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

Due to the fact that I had a fever and possibly covid, was referred to the Choice One Urgent care on Rock Spring Rd, Forest Hill, MD. I was seen by Dr. George LaRocco who was concerned due to my age, covid test positive, symptoms, and chest x-ray showing some pneumonia. He sent the necessary paperwork to the new UMS monoclonal antibody infusion experimental program. They accepted me and I was seen the very next day for treatment. Upon completion of the infusion all vitals seemed good, experienced one reaction on the way home and that was a spiked fever and extreme body shakes. After approximately an hour or so, things settled down. It is 2 days post infusion and I am feeling better, fevers are down and almost gone, other symptoms have improved as well. I want to personally thank Dr. LaRocco for taking that extra time to get me into this program since it likely kept me out of the hospital.
