We are often unable to see our PCP on the same day as needed- piedmont west is conveniently located for us and we have never experienced unfriendliness or rude bedside manners as expressed in the prior comment. This office does not deserve a one star. I am thankful for the numerous occasions we have visited and the care given!

One of the best urgent care in Charlotte. Staff was very friendly and doctor never was in rush. Doctor spent plenty of time with me to explain my condition, discussed treatment plan and called me 3 days later to check on me. This never happens anymore in modern medicine.
