My girl got a thumb injury on the trampoline. This was our first time at this urgent care. We were able to get in and be seen in great time with X-rays done on site. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. And we all loved Angenette the NP!!! She was so wonderful and engaging to talk to - both for my child and myself. Thank you all for a great experience!!

I received good care today.

My daughter had a painful ear infection. Made an appointment to see doctor same day. You drive up and the medical assistant came to our car and did everything. Next comes the doctor to the car. And we were done in 15 minutes. Live this place!

All aspect - facility, front office, nurse and doctor were great!

The staff was amazing all the way around! Had issues with my insurance and the front desk lady called and got it squared up for me. Both of the people working on my thumb stitches were fantastic and made me feel right at home🤍.

Woke up this morning, deciding to finally go to urgent care. I was sick now for a week  and feeling worse each day. I’ve been to Next Care before a was treated very well then and this time also the young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind with checking in. The rest of the staff was also. I will continue to use Next Care for my emergencies. Thank you very much

I checked in when I got to the urgent care, though I have done self check in before and it was a breeze. Everyone there is very nice and helpful. The person at the front desk is great and checks you in quickly. The nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to listen. I highly recommend this facility.

I needed to get a Covid Antigen test to return to work. Alexis & Norma were caring and quick. I will definitely come back in the future for other testing.

Best place to go in Keller, Texas for medical services! staff is fantastic and the doctors too! I’ll be going to them from now on

We love NH, we have been seeking care here for 6 years for both our kids. They always get us in quickly and the providers all show compassion and care and solutions for their ailments. Dr. Koehler helped my daughter with a broken arm and several asthma attacks and my son with conjunctivitis and asthma and common illnesses

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

The nurses were so friendly and helpful however the doctor needed to seriously improve his bedside manner. He was very curt and unconcerned.

They were efficient and I felt safe. They followed sanitary protocol. I did not have to wait too long. I highly recommend this place. It is not a pleasant experience when you're sick, but they made me feel comfortable.

I was here with my precious grandson and had no wait time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The NP made my 18 mos. grandson feel at ease and he did not cry for the first time. She was very good with him.

Was able to get in fast. The ladies up front were amazing with the check in process. Saw doctor after thry checked me for flu and covid.m, but didn't have. Treated for upper respiratory infection. They called in my medicine. Quick easy and fast. Thank you staff.
