When checking in at the Texas MedClinic waiting time was lengthy,but once we were called to the back. The Medical Assistant was absolutely very Thorough has a excellent personality I would like if Esther skills were passed on to the intire team. The Doctor also was very thorough and explaining over the treatment and follow up. I diffently would recommend this facility. I just moved to San Marcos and had a sinus and ear infection. I have no primary yet so had to go here.The staff was so friendly and helpful in the check in process. I had a problem on my phone and he took care of it. The nurse was helpful and so friendly too. The doctor was great. I really liked him. Hopefully I won't have to use them again but if I do I feel confident that it will be a great experience.

Not sure about all the low marks. My wife and i have experienced wonderful care from Dr. Bienik and the staff have been wonderful.
