I’ve been here a few times. Never a wait, always helpful staff and I don’t have to argue for a script by being told it’s just a virus when it’s clearly not. Thanks for a great experience each time. I really REALLY appreciate it!

The staff was very kind. The facility was very clean. The IV experience was amazing.

I am a person who regularly receives B12 and vitamin shots as well as IV infusions. I had the worst experience this week when it was my first time visiting neumed modern urgent care. The doctor was very rude, did not have a gentle hand, after stabbing me three times to get my bulging vein,  they realize Metal stand that holds the IV bag is broken and that it's the only one in the facility. I have to get up from previously laying down on the table and walk all the way through their facility in pain after being stuck three times because they have one stand to hold an IV bag, don't make the mistake of going here. My arm still hurts and I didn't feel much of a difference.

Woke up this morning feeling sick as all out doors had to call out of work I made my appointment to get a iv infusion the service was great I will be back !!!!

Visiting from out if town, but did not have a difficult time booking an appt, showed up early and were good about getting me in sooner, but did have a few patients ahead of me already. Overall was in and out relatively quickly without a lot of hassle, which being out of town and state and having tricare as insurance tends to have complications, but was handled well by reception and the online sign in portal

I was super impressed! Their paperwork was quick and easy. The chairs were wide enough to fit in comfortably. Staff was very friendly. Treatment was prompt and already feel a lot better. I was in and out in record time! Did I tell you how silos the paperwork was to complete on your phone? Not 4-8 pages of repetitive signatures!! Awesome all around!!! I was pleased with the service i received. This is the second time i have been @ this location.

I had a great experience! I had a tiny thing stuck in my ear (of which I was not aware). I thought I might have an ear infection. Ola spotted it immediately and was able to remove it. I was so happy I hugged her. She not only was able to diagnose my 3 issues right away but was very professional and was so kind with a great bedside manner. Elizabeth was also very professional and cheerful. My experience was excellent, thanks to both of them and I will definitely go back there. I would definitely recommend this provider!

Couldn't ask for better quality service and everyone there was in great spirits and with smiles

Scheduling was very easy and convenient. Checking in was fast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The care that we received meet my expectations. The lobby is always clean and so are the rooms. The best urgent care in town!!

Super easy to make the appointment and several spot available within 15 minutes. Nurse practitioner was helpful and knowledgeable. I was in office like 45 min since I arrived at office. I did check in paperwork ahead of visit. I recommend and will go there again.

The experience was exceptional— equally professional and personable from the whole staff.

All in all, very good experience. The only thing I would suggest is that when staff enters a room or when they greet you upon your walk into the clinic, that the staff introduced themselves. Personally, I like to know who I’m seeing and what we’re doing. Jenny did a very thorough job Of caring for me

The overall visit went well other than the initial paper works which they could do in between the visit or after the visit. Was having bad headache on one side and was worried could be a stroke. The paper works made me feel could have done later
