I went there yesterday and I got a quick good service I have never had every time I wanted going to see the Doctor. The guy works at reception he’s very friendly and kindly. He helped me fullest . Then I met the Doctor after I told him my health’s issues- He gave me prescription. Only 2 days from yesterday and today I took the medicine from Doctor’s prescription I really feel better. I want to thanks Doctor is very nice . nice Doctor- nice employees. They work professional. It took me about 45 minutes done everything. Fast over my expectation. I’m happy for that . I don’t wish I will go there often but at least now I know where I can go any time I feel sick . Because I been going to see my family doctor and what I got from my family doctor is employees were not nice and bad service. They treated me like I were there for free . That’s sad. y friend told me to look for Joan because they say she is very helpful. When i came in the office i look for her right away. I waited for her to assist me so i can introduce me. I'm so glad that there is a filipina in front desk now No more having a hard time talking with two other rude front desk! especially the white girl who does not have respect to older patients. Joan is the only one i found that is a nice young lady very polite explains briefly, carefully also listens very well with complete details also is very patience specially with old patient like us; the clinic need more like her. I appreciate all of her help to me i can see that she is the only one working hard when i went to office the other two r just chitchatting and loud

If I could give Dr. Vilivalam six stars, I would! I have been seeing Dr. Vilivalam for a while and he is one of the best doctor I've seen. He always takes the time to understand the issue and diagnose accurately and/or provide recommendations. He and his team are warm, welcoming, and helpful. It's also very convenient that I can schedule video visits on his website, and the process is extremely easy. Highly recommend!
