Been suffering with a headache, chest pain, congestion and a sore throat. I later developed a cough on the second day. Was able to download the app that night and make a morning appointment. Very easy to use. The staff were helpful and courteous. Ms. Wendy was the best. My prescriptions were sent electronically to my pharmacy and I was given a form for a chest x ray in another facility close by. All in all it was a positive experience that I will use again.

Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. My experience today (10-18) was perfectly fine and acceptable. From the time I arrived at the CVS Location to the time I obtained my Flu Shot and drove away - 15 minutes out of my day. I had no issues. Of course: I followed the directions. I arrived to the Store 10 minutes in advance; I was alert for text messages - which I received regarding status; I waited for and received my phone call from the NP; a CVS Customer Care Manager was there to walk me through the check-in procedures. I used my Insurance Card. I had no issues and was in and out with a Flu Shot in less than 10 minutes. No complaints; I appreciate the professionalism.
