It’s after my appt. I’m waiting for my sons prescription since his ear hurts and cvs pharmacy says they still have not received prescription from doctor. Before leaving, I even asked the doctor if the antibiotic would be sent to the pharmacy and she said yes. This is something serious. The whole point of me making the appt is so he wouldn’t be in pain tonight or tomorrow morning. And now I have to work tomorrow. I can’t pick up his med until after work. I’m so so mad. Why didn’t yall send the prescription to the pharmacy?

I just one thing im disappointed my son not getting medicine but maybe because I didn’t ask clearly and also he didn’t needed is what I was told. But im still happy with the staff is bery friendly everytime even when is a different location. Thank u for healing our kids.

My daughter was sick running fever. I was able to get her seen same day. The environment and staff was welcoming. The nurse was sweet, kind while screening my child. Doctor was quick. I had such a great experience, I have switched over our pcp.

My son was complaining of pain in this ear and he never complains unless he is really feeling bad. I love this Just 4Kids Urget care were  able to take him in as soon as possible without an appointment made. The staff and nurse there are always so friendly and the nurse explains everything so well!

Very good experience overall. They even have new nebulizer in the clinic itself without having to purchase else where. They are able to bill insurance for the nebulizer if the insurance can cover it.

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
