I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. When I went in for the appointment, I was greeted by friendly smiles. Front staff was awesome. They were very helpful and communicated very well about my paperwork. I had literally zero wait time in the lobby, as well as in the exam room after the physicians assistant took vitals, etc. The physician came in just a minute ir two after her assistant left. My physician was very thorough and informative during the exam. She ordered PT, x-rays, and even told me that massages for my back issue were available. Overall 5 star treatment, cleanliness, attitudes, friendliness, and atmosphere. I would recommend this Multicare to anyone needing to see a doctor in an urgent care situation.
