They are the only lab in Seattle that brings mobile testing directly to your home or work and can guarantee same-day PCR test results (or rapid antigen testing in 15 minutes). I needed my family tested before travel, and GoLab sent a registered nurse and mobile lab directly to my home. Their nurse arrived in full PPE and was very professional and friendly. Testing was done in 20 minutes and we got our results emailed back later the same day. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend and will use again.

I brought my Mom in at 6 PM on a Sunday as she had a cold and had experienced total hearing loss in her right ear and was supposed to fly home the next day. Dr. Crawford diagnosed her w a collapsed eustachian tube and prescribed steroids. She advised her not to fly home until it felt better and hearing returned. Upon arriving back in MI, my Mom visited her ENT and he praised the urgent care doc for correctly diagnosing and properly prescribing meds. He said most docs misdiagnose or get amounts of steroids incorrect. So, not only was Dr. Crawford knowledgeable, she was very nice and answered all of our questions.
