Called and was put on the waitlist fast, The staff was all so nice accommodating and apologetic for the wait (that they couldn’t control) . Dr Jack, was kind and attentive and even double checked his diagnosis. He was very sweet to my son and took the time to make sure everything would be ok. He was very informative and helpful. Such a great experience!

The staff were able to get me in right away and super kind and quick.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

The staff at this Indigo Urgent Care are always so friendly and listen to all of my concerns. I’m autistic and can have a lot of difficulties going to the doctor, especially when it’s urgent so it’s nice to have a friendly/safer place to count on when unforeseen circumstances arise. I was helped by an RN or ARNP training today, I think her name was Lindsay Grahan. She did a great job and I’m very thankful for her help/support.

What needs to be said.........again and again. Easy to schedule, polite, engaged,and friendly staff; competent and concerned MA; and most importantly a knowledgeable, professional, and competent provider.

Starting with Sylvester working hard to set appointments and dealing with my laptop not connecting to my Doctor Sarah for the first time ever I feel heard and respected. From torn tendons to acid reflux I’m given the best care. I’m listened to. This is really a great facility Prescriptions are filled quickly, labs clearly explained it’s amazing

This is how testing should be. This was easy, quick, essential paperwork only, friendly, efficient, sanitary, and the staff were amazing. Whoever put this place together should tell the soulless leaders of the us hospital system how to Covid care right. Also I was out before my text to tell me my wait in line came through.

I went in yesterday for a swollen leg. The lady with the red hair, who checked me in, was amazing! She was so kind and understanding. Then the two MA's who (one was a trainee) took my vitals, and went over my meds, were very kind as well. The PA who saw me was outstanding!!! He really listened to me! Explained my condition in a way that I could understand. Even told me important ways I could help improve my health. With his referral, I know I will help with my condition. Overall really felt cared for !! This clinic is the best!!🙏❤️

My daughter sprained her ankle during practice and we needed an xray to rule out fracture. It was the end of day for this location but they were able to squeeze my daughter in. From the front desk, the intake nurse, the tech who escorted my daughter to xray, the ARNP and the med assistant who wrapped up the visit were amazing! Thank you for not making us feel rushed nor a burden. A wonderful all female staff. 👏

While every other urgent care within 10 miles had 2-4 hour wait times, I was able to make two immediate back to back appointments for my kids. When car troubles set us back 15 minutes, I called ahead and was treated with kindness and compassion. Both Dr. An and the person who checked us in were warm, welcoming, and took the time to listen to and speak with my children and not only me about their symptoms. I am so thankful to have found this clinic and highly recommend them!
