I don’t think it really matters to book an appointment. I booked for 10:45a and wasn’t seen until 12:30p Perhaps this was one of those unusual things like too short of staff. I was charged $50 twice because the first card I used they told me there was a glitch in their system so I used another card only to find out that the first card went through. I am still waiting on reimbursement from January 5. I spoke with Kiara and sent her the documentation showing that they received both payments. I have yet to hear from her as of January  21. This is unacceptable and poor customer service!

American Family Care got me signed in and my physical done in a short time and I was on my way

Everyone was fantastic. The check-in was easy, the nurses were personable, and caring. The doctor took his time.

They were very helpful, attentive, and caring. They seemed like they actually cared and listened to my concerns and offered options for treatment and it all went very quickly. I Highly recommend these guys!
