Have visited Alliance urgent care at 84th and Thunderbird several times and always have been satisfied with results. Give a 10 to staff, scheduling and of course all professionals.

Was an efficient in and out once I got called back for my room.  However waited 45 minutes past my appointment time.

Super easy scheduling. Check in was great. Seen within me nutes and addresses all my concerns. Would highly recommend!

Tested positive for Covid. Got good advice on how to treat it.  A prescription was called in for me if I needed it.

I’ve been to both, Scottdale and now Phoenix. Both do a great job of addressing any physical issues I’ve had. Highly recommended!!

While the staff was incredibly helpful and kind when I took my son in for sore throat and the visit was quick and fine, his prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. After multiple calls, it was still never sent to the appropriate pharmacy and I ended up paying more money for his script at the wrong pharmacy. I know they’re not a primary care but why have me put a preferred pharmacy if they won’t use it and why can’t the prescription be adjusted after multiple calls? Too bad.

Staff was great and welcoming. We did our school physicals there and no wait, fast and easy.

I was so pleasantly surprised at how impressed I was with this facility, after finding them on a quick Google search! I utilized their urgent care service and ended up finding a new primary care doctor. Almost zero wait time, easy check-in process, online appointment booking and new patient forms, amazingly friendly, helpful and patient front office staff, beautiful office and Dr. Spann was informative, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and relatable. 10/10!
