We booked an appointment on line, check-in was quick and we met with the physician promptly at our scheduled time. I would highly recommend them to my friends & family!

Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Went it as a walk in for twisted ankle first time here staff was amazing very professional helpful. Doctors were very caring knowledgeable. Newport Urgent care is the best.

Dr. Colin & PT/PA Lauren? Were wonderful. Appt was at 4:15pm, 10/31z. Kudos to staff on duty.

I was very disappointed on the Dr who l got. She did not do much. I came in with an eye infection. She just checked my eye with the eye light but did not wear any gloves. She said l could use same oitment l got for my other eye. I asked if she can prescribe me some eye drops. She said ok and said l was done.  So l asked if she can clean my eye & she made a face said l needed to wait because room was been used. I waited couple of minutes then a nurse came to take me and she did the cleaning on my eye, told me she was going to go get the provitor to come check me and do more cleaning l said okay. But waited about 10 minutes then Dr. walked in just to dismissed me. She did not checked me again or clean my eye.  I would not recommend this Dr.

I have had a pretty bad cough for 8 days. Congestion the is colored. I’m am not fast to jump to going to the doctors but felt after a week with no improvements, it was time.  I work so very thankful they were able to see me last appointment of the day. Front office was super friendly and helpful. Back office was also very pleasant and I feel did more than the physician.  Doctor came in listened to my breathing, asked if I had asthma, which I do not. Said I had no fever so just wait it out with cough syrup and inhaler.  In the room for maybe 5 minutes, did not look into my ears, did not look into my mouth, did not ask any other questions?  Now it is 2 days later and I am coughing so bad I can breath and going to make an appointment with my primary. So waste of $145.  Maybe I’m crazy and tgat is all doctors do now?

Staff sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy

Went in for a physical as it was my first time in the office. I was seen by a resident Dr. She was literally in the room for less then 10 minutes. She asked the same questions over and over and wrote things down. Said she would be right back because she was going to talk to the other doctor. I waited for over 45 minutes and I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. I saw the resident doctor walk past the room because the door was left open and she walked out with a bag as if she was leaving for lunch or the day. One of the girls at the front desk was kind enough to go talk to the other doctor who l was actually supposed to see as i had scheduled with her. I heard the conversation which was basically print out the referral for blood work and that's it. The doctor didn't even come in the room to at least acknowledge me or apologize for the misunderstanding. Never will I go back here again. Especially being that I stated in the beginning if my appointment, I may be pregnant and basically had to demand a pregnancy test because they weren't going to offer it at all.

Wait time was about 2 hours.  Still waiting on X-ray results.  Provider was very attentive and thorough.
