my son needed a physical, scheduling was a breeze.   the reminders were perfect, the experience over all was so easy and accommodating   thank you!

Had a bad sore throat and sinus congestion so after lunch, I booked an appt and got seen in less than 15 mins. This place has amazing staff altogether! I feel like they genuinely care for my health and is so informative of my medical care.  I am so happy to have found this place.

First time walk in was very quick and easy. Staff were helpful and friendly.

This visit was my second visit in 5 days and on my first i was diagnosed with an ear infection. So why did I need a 2nd Covid test? Up charging? Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wait time was short or than the 15 minutes waiting for result of unnecessary covid swab test.

Everything went great the only thing is when you have appointments it should be on time not have to wait other than that all was great

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

Went it as a walk in for twisted ankle first time here staff was amazing very professional helpful. Doctors were very caring knowledgeable. Newport Urgent care is the best.

I've had to visit here a few times and every time has been a great experience. Friendly, kind and hardly any wait time. I highly recommend it

Actually it was really great to facetime my appt usually its a call this Dr face timed cant ask for anything better i really felt like i was at her office

Their area that’s devoted to a waiting room is not adequate. There’s room only for one chair for one patient while I was waiting. There were several older people who had mobility issues. It was a cold day. This is not a good set up. Probably better to use that room directly behind the reception for check-in and use the rest of the whole area for seated areas for people, I had an appointment at 12:30 I wasn’t in a room till 120 so I felt like making an appointment wasn’t really helpful. Somewhat disappointed in the experience today.

It was a long wait but it was understandable . The doctor was understandable and he was able to diagnose his symptoms.

The physician was excellent !  He made sure I had enough for five days
