Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. Had a very positive experience with Urgent Care Ft Collins, even had X-rays done and evaluated the same day.

Friendly, knowledgeable and respectful staff.  They genuinely care about your wellbeing.  I also like that I could schedule and check in via the online app.  Very convenient!

I really liked the doctor, she was so very nice and helpful…. Everything went really smoothly, it was a good experience.

Had a noon appointment (was confirmed morning of👍🏼) pretty much got right in on time.  Nurse practitioner saw me quickly and treated me.  Would definitely recommend
