Ladies, if you have ever had a UTI, you know how you KNOW that you have one. My experience has been that they seem to occur on weekends, and Advanced Urgent Care is nearby to diagnose and prescribe exactly what I need. Sunday, I scheduled the 1st available appointment, was seen, diagnosed, and prescribed just the right medication in under an hour. (The pharmacy took longer to count out the 10 pills that were prescribed than the visit to AUC.) By evening, I was feeling relief. That is a miracle, if you ask me.

I had a sore knee and hip for a week, and my doc couldn’t see for 6 weeks!  So, I did a “right now” Telehealth appointment, and the.Nurse Practitioner I saw was amazing- she got enough info to suspect sciatica and recommended some specific stretching exercises that improved my condition immediately.  Great interim service that will allow me to be more comfortable at my daughter’s wedding next week!

I honestly don't know how this place gets negative reviews except some folks have no idea how healthcare works; much less in a pandemic. It's possible those who gave it negative reviews came on a day when the staff had lots of entitled Karens to deal with. (Which seems to be the case in my experience.) Yes, the wait time was long for me as well. The alternative is sitting in the ER which is notorious for much longer wait times. Urgent care is a more affordable option co-pays wise as well. Once I was seen, I was in & out in less than 20 minutes; this included having a prescription called in to a local pharmacy. I applaud the staff here as they work long hours and make sure everyone is seen before going home for the night. I love the online check-in option as well.
