Staff was great as always.   I made an appointment but it do seem to matter, I waited for 30 minutes past my appointment time.

I scheduled an appointment to have stitches removed from a finger. I was able to get in very shortly after arrival and the physician was very friendly and professional. She removed the sutures quickly. My experience exceeded my expectations ! I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care!

Emma had great bedside manner, which made a huge difference. She was also professional and helpful. Thank you to Emma! Also, the whole staff was friendly and helpful.

My PCP sent me to Urgent Care for X-Rays which is a service that is listed on the website. I come in for my scheduled visit and at that point I am informed that I will need to drive 30 miles away to get an X-Ray. I drive 30 miles away and I am sitting in an empty waiting room waiting for my X-ray. Maybe I should have just gone to the ER.

Was able to get in quick. Got all of my questions answered and didn't seem rushed

Visited today for a 4 month old injury showing very little improvement. My 1st Dr's visit elsewhere, dismissed me stating nothing is wrong and I will heal. And then I decided to try CareNow in Arvada. WOW! I received an amazing welcome and was continued through to meeting my P.A., LUCAS SPENCE. The Professionalism and Care was outstanding!
