Access Medical Clinic Locations in Arkansas

Upon arrival, the door was still locked after 8:00. Our appointment was at 8. The gentleman who opened the door, was coughing everywhere. He was an employee. He continued to cough profusely and told us he felt fine yesterday but not today. He finally put a mask on but still did not cover his cough. While we were waiting, he was swabbed for potential illness. He was then sent home. What do we do when in a few days we come down with what he had since he wasn’t covering?

Your check in systems suck. Ole Mia can’t understand what anyone says. The scanning of the QR code is inconvenient and doesn’t help speed up the process. I would suggest you try something more patient friendly. You have a lot of older patients in this rural community, who can’t do this.

Update It only gets worse. I have gotten multiple texts asking if I want follow up care. This is my primary care clinic I did not use it as urgent care. If I say Stop to the text does this cause am issue for me later? I really hate this system and want to opt out. I do not want to check in electronically or with an app. I want to be able to check in with a human being. Returning a call from the office is a pure nightmare with Miya. I told Miya when asked that I was returning a call from the office. She didnt understand then I said speak with clinic. She asked me what clinic and where it was located. I had to argue with a stupid AI system for 10 minutes to finally convince her that she could not help me and transferred me to the office. Please let me have a direct number to my office and the ability to bypass all parts of AI. The staff is great the digital crap is not.

I called the clinic and they were more than willing to see me last minute. The visit was great and the provider seemed to really care. Great experience.
