My name is Patricia Heist and I was seen by Dr Garcia -Faust on 9/5/19. She was very nice and explained everything to me. The staff was very nice. This is not my first time there but i do know if I need medical care this is the first place I will go. You don't sit there all day like you do in emergency rooms.

Urgent care
I was a walk-in customer. There were 4 persons ahead of me after I completed the registration. I waited for over an hour before I was called. I was then taken to a room where my vitals were taken and told to wait to see the doctor. After waiting for over 45 minutes, I stepped out and asked if I was forgotten. I was told to continue wait as there was only 1 doctor. After waiting for over an hour in the doctor's chair, I had to leave to attend an emergency. I advised the personel at the desk that I would soon be back. I returned about 30 minutes later and was advised that I had to re-register and wait anew. Worst urgent care I've ever had.

About ExpressCare Urgent Care

ExpressCare Urgent Care is a Maryland-based urgent care chain headquartered in Bel Air, Maryland, with a regional footprint extending into Delaware. The organization grew through organic expansion and acquisitions, building one of the larger independent urgent care networks in the mid-Atlantic region. ExpressCare operates as a partner organization of LifeBridge Health, a Baltimore-based nonprofit health system that includes Sinai Hospital, Northwest Hospital, Carroll Hospital, and Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center. This affiliation provides clinical credibility, referral pathways, and health system backing. The partnership with LifeBridge Health, established in 2013, has supported the chain expansion into new Maryland counties and its first Delaware locations.
