Recent Patient Review

"5 Stars for the best customer service I’ve ever witnessed at any establishment!! My 2-year-old son and I went to be seen today and I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff throughout our whole visit. When I went to turn on my car to leave, after multiple attempts, I found my car wouldn’t start. I immediately reached for my phone to call AAA or search for a local auto shop, but then found my phone had died… Since I live over 45 minutes away from this urgent care and I had my son in the car, I started to panic. I went back into the urgent care to ask if there was a local auto shop nearby and explained my situation. Immediately the front desk staff, Terisha & Jade jumped into action. Terisha went to get her car to pull it up next to mine to give it a jump. Jade set my phone up on her phone charger and turned on the TV to find a show to occupy my son while we worked on the car and offered him a lollipop. Wesley came out and set up the jumper cables and got my car running in a matter of a few minutes. I was truly so overwhelmed with gratitude to these 3 Good Samaritans. This week had been a hard week to say the least, but after this incredible kindness it really restored my faith in humanity. I can’t express in words how grateful I am to Terisha, Jade & Wesley for their help today. I highly recommend the Severna Park Urgent Care! "
