WOW!! Every staff member was so polite and so quick! Highly reccommend!

Was seen very quickly because the staff recognized my problem right away and started treatment. Test were done, EKG, BLOODWORK< & X-RAY. Dr insisted I go to Sentera ER asap. where a was immediately admitted with Congestive Heart Failure. The most surprising thing was when the staff called me at 9:00 the next morning to check on me. Sorry I did not get the staff's names but Sentera kept the paperwork. I was beginng to think that good patient care had disappeared, but I guess it was just being hidden at your facility. This is my second time to this facility. Each time everyone was courteous, kind, and very helpful. What I like most is that they listen to you, they let you know that whatever you are there for it’s important. From the person that checks in to the doctor, they are all thoughtful, kind, and with great bedside manners. Thank you for a pleasant experience because honestly no one wants to go to the doctor.
