The wait time was reasonably short today for covid testing. The staff were professional and very personable.

Was there for a covid test and there were over 50 people in line. Wait time was 6 hrs but staff did the best they could and were very professional.

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. April the nurse was fantastic!!! She is so gentle and reassuring. Great job P1 Hamden. You guys are the best!!!!

Kelly at the front desk really helped my son and I out when he needed to be seen ASAP for a quick test. She worked us in despite being near capacity and guided us through the process. Everyone was very personable and did their jobs well and quickly. Definitely coming back.

The wait time was really long, but it was because of the circumstances around Omicron Covid with everyone trying to get a Covid test at the same time. But overall you were well organized and, although we had to wait a few hours, I was very happy with the process! And it was great to get results today!

Almost two hour wait but that’s ok I walked in for Covid test. The two front desk ladies were super duper amazing and had a smile that was contagious zzz, nurse was great both ….. there was one person who was having a bad day and pretty rude to just about everyone, that’s why I give the 4

Good went for blood work

The service and the staff were excellent, however, the wait time was ridiculous waited over three hours for a rapid Covid test!

Thank you P1UC for coming through in a pinch. We needed Covid tests to attend a concert tonight and they got us in and tested with great service.

Very fast, and efficient, the reason for my visit was a PCR test for travel, which on the website states results in 1 day, then after being tested it’s 1 to 3 days, if it’s more then 1 day I will need to cancel my trip! I was tested at 830am, so we’ll see when I receive my results

My first time ever going to Urgent Care 1 or any Urgent Visit. This would be my favorite place of visit for an Urgent Care visit. The provider and staff are friendly than any I've have came in contact with, very caring and professional. The wait time were just as one of the staff said to me as I walked up to the check-in. I were referred to go there by one of my primary doctor staff that Physicians Health of Yale at 1 Longwharf due to my doctor not being in the office. That Urgent Care #1 at *** Dixwell is associated with them. I were very, very happy in referring me to go at this location *** Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, CT ***

I have been using Physician One Urgent Care for many years. I am never disappointed in the care they provide. The providers listen to your concerns and address all of them appropriately and in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and sweet.

Had to get 4 Covid tests. Easy, friendly and efficient experience

It’s important that people schedule ahead because it makes your life easier and the staffs’ jobs easier. I would recommend they post things like schedule ahead for XY & Z. Especially testing because we’re still not out of the woods yet.

Came here for Covid testing while visiting New Haven relatives. Felt that staff was highly professional and the entire experience was very pleasant...would be happy to return if ever needed.
