We needed to get a raoid covid test for my son. We scheduled easily, checked in and had the test and were home within 40 minutes.

PM Pediatrics has been very reliable and trustworthy in providing urgent care for all of my children. Their hours are great considering many health complications with children occur at night. The staff is always courteous.

I should have come to PM Pediatrics in Parkville a long time ago! Everyone knows exactly how to treat their patients and family correctly. From nurse Bianca, to Dr. Klein and the M.A who directed us to our room (I really wish I got her name), you are all awesome. It renewed my confidence in urgent care after having a horrible experience at Patient First. My only suggestion is that specimens be labeled before leaving the patient's room but I know you handle those test with utmost care to avoid mixed up. I am glad there is an alternative place that patients can choose in our area. I will definitely drive a little further out to get the care my children deserved.

I took my son for a sinus infection. We arrived right when they open and we were seen within 10 minutes. All the staff were great. The doctor we saw was so kind and patient with my son. I'll absolutely be back.

Normally I would have absolutely no complaints, however you just can’t walk in to have your child seen. They tell you to make an appointment to be seen. Isn’t that the point of urgent care, to be able to walk in with a sick child? Nothing on there website states this process now!

Went to a pediatric urgent care center so that docs would specialize in children. My child had worsening/non stop coughing, and was in day 3/4 of an illness which is a sign of RSV, which apparently circulating at high rates among older children this year. This possibility was never raised as a part of the diagnosis conversation. We left with a treatment plan of atypical pnuemonia with antibiotics which felt like a bit of a guess and still with uncontrolled coughing. We ended up in the ER about 8 hours later with breathing distress from the coughing and ultimately an RSV diagnosis. Doing a nebulizer treatment likely would have turned the tide likely, or given a more accurate treatment plan. Only mentioning in case it helps treat other patients.

My husband took our children there to be tested. They did not offer rapid Covid tests and they charged him for an urgent care visit for both children even though they were only there for tests and received no other treatment. They tried to get my husband to agree to a more expensive “rapid pcr” test that would get results in less time, but still provide no test results at the visit. They refused to test my husband along with the children even though that is a service they once provided. And it’s impossible to speak to anyone at the front desk if you call.

Only needed a covid test, had to book an appt, so I did. Got there on time, then waited 2 hours to be seen by a doctor because they wouldn't send the test to the lab without it. And results will be back tomorrow night, after all that.

I had an appt for 2:50, and it was after 4pm when I left and my son had yet to be seen by the doctor. The nurse finally did my son's Covid test, which is the only thing I came for and we left. Why allow patients to book appointments if the correct amount of staff is not there to efficiently handle the appointments on time?
