Urgent care
The front desk attendant was not very pleasant. She just looked like she didn't want to be there and talked really softly, therefore,I could barely hear her. The COVID-19 test went fine. I just had to go back in for my results after 45 minutes due to the fact that I did not receive the phone call to tell me my results were ready. The test results were to take 15-20 minutes. I'm pretty sure they were back within that time frame, but apparently I slipped thru the cracks. Other than that all went well!

Overall a good experience. Staff was nice and professional, and I was able to get in there and out within a reasonable time.

Urgent care
Had a great experience. It had a pleasant atmosphere. The doctor determined the problem in 2 minutes, gave me a breathing treatment with instructions how to use it and prescribed the proper medication for my sickness. I was out of there in 45 minutes with instructions to be out of work for 2 days. I was feeling better in 2 days but followed the doctors orders to stay inside for 4 days. I I would fully recommend this clinic.

Urgent care
I had a 10:30 appointment and was called within 10 minutes of arrival. The receptionist, nurse and PA were polite, efficient and professional. The facility was very clean and provided safe distancing. My test was administered, results explained, prescription faxed and I was finished within 40 minutes. I would strongly recommend this facility.

About

About Sentara Healthcare

Sentara Healthcare is a nonprofit integrated health system whose origins trace to 1888, when the Norfolk Women Christian Association founded a 25-bed hospital in Norfolk, Virginia. In 1972, Norfolk General Hospital and Leigh Memorial Hospital merged to form Medical Center Hospitals, which evolved into Sentara Health. The system expanded through a 1998 merger with Tidewater Health Care and continued absorbing regional hospitals over subsequent decades. Sentara currently operates 12 hospitals in Virginia and northeastern North Carolina. Its Sentara Health Plans division covers nearly one million members. The system has long emphasized technological innovation in clinical care, including pioneering remote ICU monitoring in 2000.
